Contingency Fees:
Many of our
attorneys (particularly personal injury and collections
attorneys) will work on a contingency fee base. The fee is based
on a percentage of the amount awarded or collected.
If nothing is
collected, you pay nothing!
Guaranteed Fixed Hourly Rates:
If you require extended legal representation, the maximum charge
from our attorneys will not exceed quoted per hour fee for
representation in or out of court. Attorneys will be able to
give an approximate estimate for the amount of hours any given
case may consume prior to beginning work on the case, in most
situations.
If you are one of
those people that have a constant need for legal answers our
quarterly plan is just for you. For only $19.95 every three
months our attorneys will answer an unlimited number of
unrelated new matter questions. The answer will be prompt and
you will be offered follow-up services at a discounted price.
